1 Tim 4:6-10 “Crossfit for Your Soul”

 

In order to be Crossfit for Jesus you need:

A Meal Plan: Feed yourself the Word, avoid Irreverent and silly myths

An Exercise plan: WE toil and strive: Get in Community, Do ministry

And end Game: The promise of the life to come.

Motivation: Hope in the Living God; We strive not to earn favor, but because we have it in Christ.
