1 Tim 5:17-25

How are we to relate to and care for Elders (pastors, senior leaders)
Honor: respect and provision; because it’s hard work.

Protect: from unfounded accusations; because there will be false accusations.

Rebuke: when they are unrepentant, or their sin is publicly damaging to the church. Because the Glory of God is greater than their reputations.

Be careful with appointing them: because sometimes character is not revealed until later.
